SMK Advocats is a law firm founded by criminal lawyer Sergi Mercé Klein. For several years the firm has been dedicated exclusively to criminal law. However, nowadays, many complex criminal proceedings are closely linked to other branches of law, especially the civil and commercial jurisdictions, which often requires the intervention of professionals specialized in these areas. This was the reason that led us to hire professionals with expertise in Civil and Commercial Law. Thus, the firm currently has a Criminal Law Department, headed by the criminal lawyer Sergi Mercé Klein, and a Civil and Commercial Law Department, which has professional experts in these areas and provides support to the Criminal Law Department.
