Sergi Mercé Klein, a criminal lawyer with extensive experience in judicial proceedings throughout Spain, holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and a degree in Criminology and Criminal Policy from the University of Barcelona. He is a postgraduate university professor, speaker, columnist, and criminal law advisor for national and international companies, law firms not specialized in criminal law, and various Professional Associations.

Júlia Herrera Martínez, a lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association, holds a Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice.

Héctor Riera Botet, a lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association, holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona. He completed a postgraduate course in civil and commercial mediation at the University of Lleida (2012–2013).

He has extensive professional experience defending both companies and individuals, in both civil law—particularly in Construction Law, Family Law, Real Estate Law, Damage Law, Leasing, and Contract Law—and criminal law. He is the author of the books “The 1995 Criminal Code and Its Main Offenses Explained for Citizens,” Ed. Cedecs, and “The Jury Court,” self-published.

He has also been a speaker at the College of Quantity Surveyors, Technical Architects, and Building Engineers of Barcelona.

Arturo Manzano Maceda holds a Law degree from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.

Patricia Garanto Vallés, a lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association, graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona and holds a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from the same university. She has also completed a Master’s in Criminal Advocacy from the Barcelona Bar Association, specializing in gender-based violence.

In addition to her experience in criminal law, sexual violence, and gender and domestic violence, she also has expertise in family law and volunteers in projects aimed at the reintegration and prevention of recidivism among individuals convicted of sexual offenses.
